It is located as part of the larger redevelopment called RUNWAY. RUNWAY is home to Brella, Whole Foods, and many other retail, restaurants, tech offices, and residents living around Playa Vista.

This one of a kind building sits gloriously at the exit of the famous Holland Tunnel. Formerly a telecom facility warehouse, the top 5 floors of the building were converted into unique entertaining spaces, featuring restaurants, photo and video studios, rooftop, co-working and creative spaces. The building is now home to Spring Place, an exclusive members only club for professionals and corporations.
